The Opportunity

Join a team made up of some of the industry’s best cyber security professionals. As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for creation and maintenance of processes and controls that will result in early detection, containment and elimination of threats to data security. In the event of incidents, your skills and actions under pressure will reassure vendor and retail partners that their information is secure.

Key Responsibilities and Functions

  • Regularly perform testing and assessments of existing security provisions
  • Develop policies and protocol for early detection of threats
  • Initiate defensive tactics if under attack
  • Work with other managers to develop privileged access management plans
  • Manage incidents if, and when, they occur
  • Internal and external communications regarding security matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must hold professional security designation (CISSP, CISM)
  • University degree or technical diploma in related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information or Cyber security
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Proven skills in network, operating systems, cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of identity management and authentication as well as encryption
  • Familiar with data analytic platforms as the security applications
