The Opportunity

We have been approached to find a Project Manager to take on Restoration projects in the Calgary area. Our client is a well-respected restoration service provider who has been offering fire and flood restoration for over 30 years. They need a detail-oriented individual with impeccable communication skills and the versatility to scope sites throughout the area. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Liaise with contacts in construction and insurance to determine scope of projects
  • Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded while overseeing project progress and work quality
  • Perform project scope, estimates, cost, coordination, and communication
  • Travel throughout the Calgary area including surrounding towns
  • Attendance at work sites that may have contaminated and unsanitary conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A thorough understanding of restoration protocols and insurance claims
  • 5 or more years’ experience with disaster restoration contracting
  • 2 or more years’ experience with project management
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours in potentially stressful or traumatic situations
