Regional Manager – Auto Insurance – Mid-Island
Our client; a rapidly growing insurance brokerage with a long standing history on Vancouver Island; have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced insurance leader to lead the operations for three of their mid-island branch locations.
This Brokerage offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team of leaders and have a direct impact on the brand and people for three locations in the Nanaimo area. - Do you have at least 5 years in-depth working knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance?
- Are you experienced in multi-location leadership, or are a branch leader ready to lead a multi-location team with a focus on learning, client service and growth?
- Do you have strong passion for supporting and developing team members while enabling them to achieve results and grow professionally?
