The Opportunity

Working as a key member of a small, but mighty team you will be responsible for the following tasks.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answer all incoming calls, greet clients and visitors.
  • Data entry and general word processing.
  • Order office supplies; mail & courier control.
  • Assist in creating client proposals.
  • Act as back up administrative support to the sales team.
  • Organize and track inventory for multiple e-stores.
  • Receive couriers and notify sales team of order arrival.
  • Pick, pack and ship orders from multiple e-stores.
  • Schedule outbound shipments, moving and stacking boxes (ability to lift 25 pounds).
  • Maintain showroom, verify correctness of incoming shipments.
  • Basic accounts receivable (collect payments from overdue invoices).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/administrative experience.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with QuickBooks an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding multitasking skills: ability to stay professional and calm in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable with moderate physical activity (lifting and carrying of boxes) on and off throughout the day.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary will be based on experience.  Free parking is available.
