The Opportunity

Executrade is pleased to partner with our south Edmonton client in their search for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well appointed, established, supportive and friendly group of professionals. A willingness to help out wherever needed, computer savvy, and a positive, upbeat professional personality is key to success in this role.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Act as the first point of contact to all visitors and clients.
  • Mail and courier control.
  • General word processing, updating documents in MS Word and Excel.
  • Book boardrooms for meetings, ensure boardrooms are clean and set up for meetings.
  • Organize lunch and learns as required.
  • Order catering as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and order online as required.
  • Arrange and confirm car rentals for staff as required.
  • Load and empty dishwasher daily, water office plants ensure front reception and boardrooms are
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of reception experience a must.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Adobe/ InDesign is a strong asset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable personal transportation is required as location is not easily accessible via transit.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new program quickly.
