The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to maintain a book of business for their Small Business Commercial Accounts and be a part of their well-established and collaborative team.
While providing best-in-class service, your duties will involve:
- Maintain book of business of Small Business Commercial Accounts
- Maintain and build strong client relationships and maintenance of client files
- Process C/L renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, bonds, invoicing
- Policy renewals and follow up on expiry dates
- Communicate with Insurers regarding new business & renewal terms, underwriting, inspections, stock reports, appraisals, statement of values and other underwriting forms
- Writing and issuance of all bonds, glass policies and special events
- Follow up abeyances and accounts receivable
- Follow up on preferred leads and intake of new business calls
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 license
- Minimum 3 years experience
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance
- Ability to Multi-task, detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great computer skills including EPIC, outlook, word and excel
- Effectively work independently as and as part of a team
