Our client is seeking a Commercial Account Associate to support their busy team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Commercial insurance experience in a service environment, exposure to EPIC and a General Level 2 license (or working towards it).
Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized administrative support to our production and service teams to ensure seamless execution of our service strategy.
- Assist in managing workflow and prioritizing tasks to deliver consistent, high-quality results within scheduled timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination of client projects.
- Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a strong focus on exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in preparing and processing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Experience with EPIC
- General Level 2 license or working towards it.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding client service at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
