ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/DATA ENTRY CLERK
Long term temporary opportunity available in west Edmonton!
The Opportunity
Our west Edmonton client requires an individual with strong data entry skills and an excellent attention to detail to join their team for a long term temporary opportunity. You must be tech savvy, and a quick learner of new computer programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a strong understanding of basic a/p & a/r tasks. This position offers part time (or full time hours). Free parking provided!
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate parties.
- Data entry (numeric and alphanumeric).
- Updating records as required.
- Assist in building project packages.
- Other general administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong MS Office 365 skills (advanced Excel skills required).
- Basic accounting knowledge (accounts payable/receivable)
- Familiarity with purchase orders/tracking
- Experience working with Fleetio Software a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage to commensurate with experience.
