The Opportunity

Our client, a leading brokerage firm in south Edmonton is seeking a friendly, motivated, outgoing individual with outstanding customer service skills to join their team.  The main tasks of the position are as follows:

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions 

  • Work closely with the producer and account manager in ensuring client deliverable are met in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for processing daily paperwork and preparing various letters and correspondence.
  • Data entry of policy information; creating invoices.
  • Update and ensure accuracy of client information within an in-house database.
  • Other various tasks as they relate to the day to day business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-12 months administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Must have intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be a confident self-starter and have the ability to multi task in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
  • Must be able to provide a clear background check.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is approximate $40,000-$45,000 per year and will commensurate with experience.
